Important: By using DerivBot Pro, you acknowledge that trading financial instruments carries risk, and you agree that the developer is not liable for any losses or damages.
1. No Liability Clause
The Developer ("Provider") is not liable for:
- Trading losses, financial damages, or tax liabilities.
- API disruptions, Deriv platform changes, or market volatility.
- Device/data loss due to App usage.
You acknowledge trading risks and use the App at your own risk.
2. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the App.
- Use the App for illegal/fraudulent activities.
- Blame the Developer for trading outcomes.
- Use the App with multiple Deriv accounts without proper licensing.
3. Data Responsibility
- You are solely responsible for securing your Deriv API credentials.
- The App's cache (stored on your device) should be cleared if selling/sharing the device.
- We do not store your API keys or transaction history on our servers.
4. Termination
The Provider may revoke access if Terms are violated, without refunds.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
The App is provided "as is" with no guarantees of profitability or uptime.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [Your Country/Jurisdiction].
